Excuse For Delay In Presentment
Delay in presentment for acceptance or payment is excused of the delay is caused by
circumstances beyond the control of the Holder, and not imputable to his/her misconduct, negligence or default.
Provided that, when the cause of delay ceases to operate, presentment of the Negotiable Instrument for the acceptance or payment
must be made within a reasonable time.
